PARKING
Parking at the Mainstay Inn
​
Phoenixville is a small town, and parking is limited. We understand it can be frustrating, and we want to make your arrival as easy and stress-free as possible. Please review the parking details below:
Mainstay Parking Lot: We do not guarantee parking. Our lot has 7 spaces and is located at the rear of the building. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Street Parking is available nearby, including Starr Street and parts of Main Street. Some spots have a two-hour limit, so please check signage.

Holy Ghost Lot: Located on the corner of Starr and Bridge St (55 Starr Street). They ask for a $5.00 donation. It is approximately a 3-minute walk to our hotel.
Senior Center Parking Lot: Located at 153 Church Street (the lot farthest to the right NOT Lot 9). You can park there Friday after 4:30pm. A QR code is located on the right-hand side of the blue double doors. They ask for a $5- $10 donation. When you fill in your information, say you are staying at the Mainstay.

Nearby Borough Lot: There is a borough parking lot located next to the hotel that is $2 per hour. Also, there are several other borough lots available within a block or two, giving you additional parking options at $2 per hour.

Street Closure Notice: On the first Friday of each month, the 100 and 200 blocks of Bridge Street and Main Street between Church Street and Price Street are closed to vehicles. The borough does this so residents and visitors can walk freely and enjoy Phoenixville’s restaurants, bars, and shops.
